Here are some handy stain disaster control tips.

1) Stain Type: Eye Shadow, Lipstick, Mascara, Concealer, Cream/Liquid foundation, Lip liner and Eyeliner.

Remedy: Carry a tiny amount of liquid detergent in a container. Dampen the stain with warm water and rub directly into the stain until its outline is gone.

Remedy: This may be impossible to remove depending on the fabric and nail polish type. However, you could try nail polish remover.

3) Stain Type: Ink

Remedy: Try a pen eraser or rubbing alcohol.

4) Stain Type: Coffee/Tea

Remedy: Immediately run cold water over the fresh stain.

5) Stain Type: Chocolate/cocoa

Remedy: Use a blunt knife to scrape it off of  clothing.

6) Stain Type: Grease/Oil

Remedy: Dab hot water on the stain.

7) Stain Type: Paint

Remedy: Turpentine works best.

8) Stain Type: Mud

Remedy: Allow mud to dry, and scrape off as much as possible.
